“This can’t be that difficult – right?”

So, why do I hesitate with my mental health and well-being?
“Why shouldn’t I?”
“Why shouldn’t I take care of my entire self?”
Perhaps you shouldn’t be asking, “Why should I try therapy?”
Perhaps you should ask, “Why not?”
I encourage anyone afraid of embarking on therapy to give it a chance and not treat that “try” as “final.”
